Our marketplace is reserved for businesses with 50% woman ownership. All applications can be found via the Esther and Elsa vendor newsletter (applications are not readily available on this website or E&Es). Information about joining the email is available via the Esther and Elsa website. 
For quick reference, E+E vendor spaces are reserved for small businesses selling a tangible good that can be taken away on-site.

Are you an expert in your field and want to lead a hands-on workshop for a portion of our attendees? Find more information here.
This opportunity allows you to position yourself further as an expert of your craft while opening yourself to to thousands of potential customers. Workshop topics could include power tool basics, friendship bracelets, air dry clay, cocktail classes, or more.


Each workshop expert will have 35 minutes for introduction and instruction. Compensation will be provided and is outlined on the interest form.

There’s a myriad of topics that are important to women today, some that need serious attention and some that deserve a lightness all the same.

If you’re interested in leading a 30-60 minute breakout session, let’s chat! You can be an expert on the topic or a person affected by the topic. Examples include meeting new people, being a responsible ally, getting started in poetry, or being a new mom.

Breakout conversations are not compensated, but can help identify you as a leader on a certain topic closely related to women.

We’re gathering thousands of women who are actively looking to engage with fun and dynamic brands. Join the fun with an activation that allows our audience to have learn and explore new opportunities.

Activations are best suited for services or non-profits that offer an interesting and engaging activity that adds to the experience.

All activations are subject to approval by festival team.

It takes an army to celebrate women at this magnitude, in addition to your financial support. Put your logo in front of tens of thousands of engaged audience members either through a monetary or in-kind sponsorship.

With so many strong female artists in Charlotte, we had to make sure there was a space to showcase their talents. Enter your poster design into our contest to be included in our giant poster wall. Attendees will be able to stop and snap a photo in front of your work. Additionally, your poster design will be given out to over 200 VIPs in our festival swag bags.

Each artist selected will be compensated.
